THOMAS J. HAJEK
Founder and Principal
Tom founded RGI in 2004 after spending 30 years in aero engine industry.
Tom graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology with Masters Degree in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering. He started his career as a research engineer at BorgWarner, moving on to become Turbine Chief at Teledyne CAE.
Tom eventually joined Pratt & Whitney as Manager of Turbine Technology. He moved upward through the ranks of Pratt and Whitney taking on positions of greater responsibility including: Director of Sales for Eastern Europe, Director of Russian Operations, and Vice President - International.
